Technological information management
In our company, I make an effort toward the management to which the personal information I kept is more appropriate than a customer with the following guideline.
1. Definition
The name, the date of birth, the gender, the telephone number and something it’s possible to distinguish a specific individual from which by mail addresses and information about an individual are called personal information.
2. The use purpose
I’ll put the personal information I kept more than a customer only in our internal part and use it at the following destination.
* For job performance based on customer’s request
* Because to make a contact with a customer, I’ll inform you of the* our service contents.
* To do a case analysis and marketing for the purpose of improving service.
At the time it was necessary to use personal information for the purpose of other than above when, the, every time, I’ll have agreement beforehand. When I can’t receive agreement, I won’t use personal information concerned.
3. The reach of the collected personal information
When keeping personal information more than a customer because they’re your orders, questions and material charges, etc., I put it in the reach of the destination and am requesting an offer of a necessary minimum.
4. Prohibited of a third person offer
I won’t elucidate the personal information I kept more than a customer for a third person except for the following case set as 23 articles of personal information protection law.

(３) when it’s when there is need in particular for promotion of improvement of public health or child’s sound upbringing, to get one’s own consent, and difficult
